Audience feedback

We looked at ways we could collect audience feedback for our portfolio and we came up with a few ideas

  1. Questionnaires
  2. Peer assessment
  3. Youtube statistics
  4. Interviews
  5. Facebook/Youtube/Twitter comments
Questionnaires
  • Need to collect quantitative and qualitative data in other
  • Brief the respondents about what the questionnaire is about in order to get full consent from them to use the data
  • Different types of questions  :
 - Multiple choice - Questions that offer more than two possible answer choices and require a respondent to choose from the listed options.
EXAMPLE

- Likert scale - a type of question where respondents are asked to rate the level at which they agree or disagree with a statement for instance on a scale from one to five a user can strongly disagree or strongly agree with a statement.

- Rank order - ratings according to their standing in comparison to one another, from best to worst.
