- Facebook/Youtube/Twitter comments
Questionnaires
- Need to collect quantitative and qualitative data in other
- Brief the respondents about what the questionnaire is about in order to get full consent from them to use the data
- Different types of questions :
- Multiple choice - Questions that offer more than two possible answer choices and require a respondent to choose from the listed options.

- Likert scale - a type of question where respondents are asked to rate
the level at which they agree or disagree with a statement for instance on a scale from one to five a user can strongly disagree or
strongly agree with a statement.
